Wish, Wish, Want: Pastel Kitchen

Happy Friday all, hope you're well! I started nights this week so I'm a little bit out of sorts - I don't seem to know whether I'm coming or going... When do I sleep? Do I nap before work? No man up! What is sleep anyway? That's my actual thought process right now; hopefully it will get easier as the weeks go by. I've also had some trying news family-wise, and then to top it all off my camera broke yesterday, sob sob. So I figured I would do a quick wish list post for you, because I currently can't take any pretty pictures until I either get it fixed or buy a new camera altogether (depending on the damage).

As you know, I love my baking and kitchenware. I'm yet to move out but I'm sure that when I do I will have the prettiest kitchen known to man, so pretty it'll be worthy of pinning on Pinterest! Having cute homeware not only makes your house look nicer and more lived-in, but it also lifts your mood, I think. I know that I would much rather spend my money on stuff for the home than anything else at the moment.

Buying new pastel kitchenware funnily enough encourages me to bake more, so these items would be welcomed with open arms into my country kitchen:

I think all these beauties would make even the most anti-cooking person want to give it a go! I've been super impressed with all the supermarkets' vast stock of beautiful kitchenware. Tesco in particular have a gorgeous range of pastel goodies - tons more than I've shown here - and it's all very reasonably priced too! I'll definitely be popping in on Monday to see what I can grab. Have the trolley on standby, I may go pastel crazy!

What do you think? Are you a fan of pastels, or even just pretty kitchenware in general?

  6. I have so much pastel stuff cluttering up my kitchen, but somehow there is always room for a little more! It looks like Tesco have a great selection at the minute.

    1. You can never have enough! I love Tesco's kitchen range at the moment. Picked up a lovely glass jug from there a few weeks ago for about £2 - bargain! Shall be off there tomorrow to have another snoop! Xx

    1. I know! So many YouTubers have mentioned it in their haul videos! They also sell a mixing bowl that's the same style - I wish I bought that too now! Xx

  10. I absolutely love pastel colours and they look great in kitchenware. I hope you're settling into nights better. I constantly wonder what sleep is, but I just have a weird pattern that likes to keep me awake at 3am. Also this may potentially be a duplicate comment as I got a weird error the first time I tried! 1. Thanks Bekka, finally getting used to nights! I think it's the fact that I work Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday so it's like one night on, one night off. It's so much harder than last year to properly settle down. I have 7 more weeks so I'm sure I'll get the hang of it right when I have to go back to days, haha! Xx

  11. Love all these! Pastel kitchen ware is definitely my dream! I hope you've caught up on sleep and have settled into night shifts by now! My parents work a mixture of days and nights and I just barely see them, and when we are all at home together they've usually fallen asleep in front of the TV - it can definitely take its toll.

    1. Thanks lovely! Only have a few weeks left of night shifts and then I'm back on days - hopefully looking for a new full time job though as I really don't want to stay there forever! Just when I'm getting the sleeping pattern sorted I have to change it again. Luckily have first weekend in MONTHS off to go to a wedding this coming weekend though! Xx
